When a website isn’t enough.
Sometimes the business needs more than a website. A platform for customers. A system for the team. A better way to manage accounts, take payments or sell something complicated. We design and build those too, bringing Awove’s brand thinking and design standards into the product and the systems behind it.
Multi-award-winning Brand + Web. With the technical depth for the complicated bits.
CRMs · Fintech applications · Crypto exchanges · Payment gateways · Custom eCommerce · Point of sale
No strings attached.

The brand doesn’t stop at the login.
It carries into the way someone opens an account, places an order, makes a payment or finds what they need. Behind the scenes, the team using the system needs the same clarity. We bring the brand, the experience and the practical workings together.
That can mean a customer-facing product or a system used entirely inside the business. We can build around an established identity or develop the brand, website and product together. The work starts with what the business needs, not a list of technologies.
Purpose.
A clear job for the product to do. What it needs to solve, who it needs to serve and what is worth building first.
Experience.
Interfaces that make sense to the people using them, with the same care we give to the brand and website.
Connection.
The accounts, data, workflows and existing systems considered together, rather than left for someone to join up afterwards.
The clever bit is making the complicated feel straightforward.
From “could we build this?” to something people can use.
- 01
Understand how the business works.
We start with the people, the tasks and the problem behind the brief. Who uses the product? What needs to happen? What already exists? We work through the business rules and constraints before deciding what should appear on a screen.
- 02
Define the right thing to build.
We turn the brief into clear journeys, requirements and priorities. That includes the roles, information and integrations involved. Sometimes the right starting point is a focused first release, not everything the product might eventually become.
- 03
Design the whole experience.
We develop the interface around the people using it and the brand behind it. That means considering the everyday tasks, the awkward exceptions and what happens when something goes wrong, not only designing the ideal screen for the presentation.
- 04
Build what sits behind the screens.
We develop the agreed application, business logic, data structures and connections to other systems. Existing tools are used where they make sense; custom work is focused where the business needs something different.
- 05
Test it, launch it and hand it over.
We work through the agreed user journeys, permissions and critical workflows before release. Launch, documentation, training and ongoing responsibilities are planned as part of the project, not discovered when someone asks for the login.
Yes, we build the complicated bits.
Our client work goes beyond public-facing websites into the products and systems businesses use to operate. The brief changes. The attention to the experience, the design and the finished build does not.
Your brief. A considered build.
We define the product, integrations and release priorities with you, then agree the design and development scope. You know what is being built, what depends on another provider and what belongs in a later phase.
Our published Modo project shows a specific part of this work: Awove redesigned app screens and user flows with Modo’s development team after the rebrand. That published case covers interface design. The scope of any product build is agreed separately.
- CRM & internal platforms
- Client records, workflows, reporting and administrative tools designed around how the team actually works, rather than asking the team to organise its day around the software.
- Fintech applications
- Financial-product experiences and the systems behind them, bringing account journeys, operational tools and the relevant integrations into one considered build.
- Crypto exchanges
- Exchange platforms, from the customer-facing experience to the administration and integrations needed behind it. The technical and operational scope is defined for each project.
- Payment gateways
- Custom payment gateway builds and integrations connecting checkout, payment providers and transaction administration within the agreed product scope.
- Custom eCommerce
- Stores and commerce platforms built around complex catalogues, ordering requirements and business workflows. More involved than picking a theme and adding a basket.
- Point-of-sale systems
- Point-of-sale applications connected to products, orders and day-to-day operations. The experience at the counter and the work that happens behind it, considered together.
Functionality, milestones, third-party costs, handover and support are confirmed in the proposal. Additional requirements are agreed before the work begins.
No strings attached.
Launch is a milestone. Not a disappearing act.
A product needs people who understand what has been built and how it is meant to work. We agree the handover, hosting, maintenance and support responsibilities before launch, so the next step is clear for your team as well as ours.
As the business changes, the product may need to change with it. We can plan further releases and improvements around real use, rather than trying to squeeze every future idea into the first build. Read about continuity after the first engagement.
Support arrangements and response expectations are project-specific. New functionality, ongoing operations and third-party service costs are agreed separately.
More than a pretty interface.
Selected product and interface work. Each project shows the part we played.
A few things worth asking.
Is this product design, or do you build it too?
Both. The engagement can include defining the product, designing the experience and developing the underlying application and integrations. We agree which parts Awove delivers and what relies on existing systems or specialist providers before starting.
Do we need to do our branding with you first?
No. We can work with an existing identity and product direction. When the brand, website and product all need attention, we can consider them together. We do not require a rebrand simply to take on a product project.
Can you build tools for our internal team?
Yes. CRMs, administrative platforms and operational tools are part of this work. The people using them may be your staff rather than your customers, but they still deserve something clear, useful and properly considered.
Do we need a complete specification?
Not necessarily. Bring the problem, the existing workflow or the idea. We can help define what the product needs to do and which parts should come first. For a complex brief, that definition work may be a separately agreed first phase.
Can you work with a system we already have?
We can review the existing application, data and integrations before recommending an approach. That might mean improving it, building alongside it or replacing selected parts. Taking over an existing system needs an assessment, not a promise based on a screenshot.
How do you approach payment and security requirements?
We identify the relevant data, permissions, providers and operational requirements while defining the project. Specialist assurance, provider approvals and regulatory responsibilities are scoped explicitly. Building the interface does not replace those requirements.
How much does a product build cost, and how long does it take?
That depends on the functionality, integrations, existing systems and release scope. We agree the initial phase, responsibilities, price and milestones before committing to the build. A complex product is not priced as a standard website package.
What happens after launch?
We agree the handover and ongoing responsibilities before release. Support, maintenance, hosting and further development are defined for the specific product, rather than assumed to be unlimited or included forever.
