A focused route to a credible launch. We agree the direction through a questionnaire, develop one selected identity, then bring it together in a responsive one-page website. It is deliberately designed for businesses that need to move quickly without creating assets they do not yet need.
The scope stays focused on an essential identity and one-page website. Strategy workshops, a full brand book, extensive collateral, social templates, pitch decks, multi-page structures and complex functionality belong in the packages below.

Read about the process
This is the complete Awove process: discovery and positioning first, then the identity, the practical brand system and a substantial custom website. Each stage builds on the decisions made before it, so the result feels like one coherent business rather than separate pieces.
We do not create useless assets to tick boxes. If merchandise, billboards, patterns, iconography or particular stationery are not useful for your business, we substitute an equivalent application that is.

This begins with the full Brand + Website foundation and adds the planning, experience design and development required for more sophisticated digital products. We define the functional scope before development begins.
€7,500 is the starting point for this level of work. Functionality is project-dependent; the list describes what can be included rather than promising every item in every project.
FAQ
Questions are kind of our thing.
So here are some answers to yours.
01AWOVE & BRANDING
Awove is a branding and creative agency specialising in brand strategy, brand identity design, web design and development, custom web applications, creative direction, marketing concepts and strategic problem solving.
Branding is at the centre of what we do.
We help businesses understand what they should stand for, how they should position themselves, what they should say and how they should look. We can then take that thinking into websites, digital products, campaigns, marketing concepts and other creative applications.
Sometimes clients come to us knowing exactly what they need.
Sometimes they simply bring us the problem.
Both are good places to start.
Brand strategy and brand identity design.
We've spent more than 15 years helping businesses understand themselves before deciding how they should present themselves.
Our branding process combines facilitated discovery, research, psychology, strategy, creative thinking and visual design.
The identity is the visible result.
The thinking behind it is usually where the most important work happens.
Brand strategy defines what the brand means. Brand identity defines how people recognise and experience it.
Brand strategy can include positioning, audiences, differentiation, brand architecture, personality, values, messaging and the broader commercial context around the business.
Brand identity translates that thinking into a visual and verbal system: logo, typography, colour, imagery, graphic language, messaging, art direction and the applications required to make the brand work consistently.
We generally prefer to solve the strategic questions before designing the visual answer.
Otherwise, we're decorating.
We get everyone important into the room and talk.
Properly.
Our discovery sessions typically explore the business, founders, customers, competitors, ambitions, frustrations, history, market, personality and where the organisation wants to go next.
There is structure behind the conversation, but it isn't a questionnaire disguised as strategy.
We ask questions, challenge assumptions, explore contradictions and follow interesting threads when they appear.
Sometimes a client comes in expecting to discuss colours and logos and leaves having reconsidered something considerably more fundamental about the business.
That's part of the point.
Yes.
Not every problem needs to become a full branding project.
Awove runs focused brand strategy, discovery, creative and problem-solving sessions for founders, leadership teams and organisations.
You can bring us a positioning problem, a marketing challenge, an opportunity, an idea that isn't quite working, a difficult decision or simply something your team has been staring at for too long.
There doesn't have to be a predetermined deliverable.
Sometimes the most valuable outcome is figuring out what the deliverable should be.
Yes. Some of our favourite projects start that way.
Creativity isn't limited to making things look good.
We use strategy, psychology, commercial experience and creative thinking to approach problems from different angles — whether that's turning a disadvantage into an opportunity, developing a campaign concept, finding a better way to communicate something or questioning whether the original problem is actually the problem at all.
You don't need to work out which Awove service category your problem belongs to before contacting us.
Bring us the problem.
We'll start there.
02AI & ORIGINALITY
Yes.
AI can generate logos, names, websites, copy, moodboards, marketing ideas and entire brand presentations remarkably quickly.
We use AI ourselves.
The interesting question isn't whether AI can make something.
It's whether the thing being made is the right thing.
A business still has to understand what makes it different, what it wants to become, who it needs to matter to, what it should communicate and which of thousands of possible creative directions actually means something.
That's where our work starts.
AI has made execution extraordinarily accessible.
We think that makes judgement, originality, strategy and good ideas more valuable, not less.
Yes, where it makes the work better or the process more efficient.
We don't believe clients should pay us to spend ten hours doing something technology can responsibly help us accomplish in one.
But efficiency and authorship aren't the same thing.
Our strategic decisions, creative direction and final design decisions are human-led. AI can be part of research, exploration, prototyping, development and production, but it doesn't replace the discovery, judgement, taste and reasoning behind the work.
The tool isn't the idea.
Because building a website and building the right website are different problems.
Modern AI tools can produce an impressive-looking website extremely quickly. That's useful, and we use many of the same technologies ourselves.
But a serious website still needs decisions about positioning, information architecture, user journeys, hierarchy, messaging, interaction, accessibility, responsive behaviour, performance, integrations, content, visual direction and how the experience expresses the brand.
And then somebody needs to obsess over the last 10% that separates something generated from something considered.
AI has made us faster.
It hasn't made taste obsolete.
Originality is taken seriously.
Our identities are developed specifically for each client rather than selected from pre-made logo libraries or off-the-shelf templates.
As part of the identity process, we research the wider market, competitors, industry trends, the web and available databases to reduce the likelihood of obvious conflicts or similarities.
There is, however, an important distinction between creative originality research and legal trademark clearance.
No designer or agency can reasonably guarantee that nothing remotely similar exists anywhere in the world.
If trademark registration or legal clearance is important, we recommend a formal search by a qualified trademark professional.
No responsible creative agency should guarantee that.
We research for obvious similarities and potential conflicts during the creative process, but formal trademark clearance is a legal exercise.
If trademark protection is important, we recommend involving an intellectual-property or trademark professional who can perform the appropriate searches in the relevant countries, territories and trademark classes.
We can work alongside them and respond creatively if an issue is identified.
Not for brand identity.
Your identity should belong to your business.
Websites and digital products may naturally use established technologies, frameworks, libraries and components where doing so is technically sensible.
Reinventing a dropdown menu doesn't make a website more original.
The distinction is between using good underlying technology and giving multiple businesses the same creative answer.
We don't believe in the latter.
03WEB & DEVELOPMENT
Yes.
We handle website strategy, UX/UI design, responsive design, front-end and back-end development, CMS implementation, integrations and custom functionality.
That means the people thinking about the brand and experience can work directly with the people responsible for making it function.
We build everything from focused marketing and corporate websites to complex interactive websites and digital platforms.
Yes.
We design and develop custom web applications, portals, internal tools, CRM-style systems, workflow platforms and other digital products where an ordinary website isn't enough.
We can work from an existing technical specification or help define the product from the problem upwards.
That often includes understanding workflows, determining essential functionality, prototyping, UX/UI design, technical architecture and development.
Yes.
AI-assisted development has dramatically changed how quickly good teams can prototype, develop, test and iterate software.
We embrace that.
It allows us to spend less time writing repetitive code and more time thinking about the product, experience, architecture and details that matter.
AI-generated code isn't simply thrown into production and forgotten.
Our digital work still goes through human review, testing and quality assurance.
Yes.
Responsive behaviour is part of modern web design, not an optional extra.
We design and test across relevant screen sizes and current mainstream browser environments so that layouts, navigation, content and interactions adapt appropriately.
Exact technical requirements can vary for specialist applications, legacy systems or unusual device environments and will be defined during project scoping.
04CREATIVE & MARKETING
We do marketing strategy, campaign thinking, creative concepts and creative direction.
We are not an outsourced marketing department.
We can help determine the audience, proposition, message, campaign idea, launch concept and creative platform — and create the brand and assets around it.
For specialist ongoing execution such as media buying, channel management or other disciplines outside our team, we can work alongside your internal team or specialist partners.
No.
We can develop the brand, strategy, campaign concept, messaging, creative direction and visual system your social team works with.
We don't want to spend Tuesday afternoon deciding what your company should post on Thursday.
There are excellent specialists for that.
We'd rather create the idea they spend the next six months talking about.
No.
We build websites with sensible technical foundations and can structure content so that search engines and AI systems can understand it, but Awove is not an SEO agency and we don't sell ongoing SEO retainers, backlink campaigns or search optimisation programmes.
Where specialist SEO work is required, we're happy to collaborate with an appropriate specialist.
Our job is to build the brand, thinking, content structure and digital experience worth finding.
Absolutely.
In fact, that's often exactly where we're most useful.
We can develop the campaign strategy, central creative idea, messaging, visual direction, key executions and guidelines, then hand the system to your internal marketing department, media agency, social team or production partners.
Alternatively, we can remain involved as creative directors while specialist teams execute individual channels.
05HOW WE WORK
First, we talk.
We want to understand what you're trying to accomplish before prescribing a service.
If the requirement is clear, we'll define the scope, deliverables, timing and cost.
If it isn't clear, that may be the first piece of work.
Once engaged, the process usually moves through discovery and research into strategy or concept development, followed by design, development and refinement as appropriate.
Different projects require different processes.
We don't force a web application, brand identity and three-hour strategy session through the same template.
Enough to make the work genuinely yours.
We bring an outside perspective, but you know your organisation better than we do.
We'll need access to the right people, information and feedback during discovery and development.
We're not interested in disappearing for six weeks and returning with a mysterious reveal.
Good work usually comes from good conversation.
We distinguish between developing an idea and endlessly changing an approved one.
Our standard project structure generally allows an initial concept to be reconsidered from scratch if it fundamentally misses the mark, followed by up to two rounds of feedback and refinement per deliverable once the direction has been approved.
Normal creative development isn't treated as an extra every time something moves a few pixels.
Significant changes in direction, additional functionality, new deliverables or repeated revisions after approval may become additional scope.
The exact revision structure for your project will always be stated in your proposal or agreement.
Tell us.
We're surprisingly difficult to offend.
More importantly, we want to understand why it isn't working.
Our standard process allows an initial concept to be reconsidered where the proposed direction genuinely doesn't resonate.
But this is also why discovery matters.
The goal isn't to keep producing random options until somebody says "that one."
It's to understand the business well enough to make an informed recommendation — and then refine it together.
It depends on the scope, complexity and speed of feedback.
A complete identity project is typically measured in weeks rather than days.
As a general reference, a full brand identity project may take approximately 2–10 weeks following discovery, depending on scope, feedback and complexity.
We'll give you a realistic project schedule before work begins.
We'd rather set an honest timeline than invent an impressive one.
06SUPPORT & AFTERCARE
We don't disappear.
For completed digital work, our standard project terms include one year of support for the finished product, regardless of whether the client hosts with Awove or elsewhere.
That support is there to ensure what we delivered continues to function as agreed and includes updates, bug fixes, technical errors and reasonable ad-hoc check-ins and questions.
For branding projects, we're also available to answer reasonable questions about the identity, files and implementation after handover.
If your needs grow into ongoing development, hosting, creative direction or a more hands-on relationship, we'll scope that separately.
It means we stand behind what we delivered.
If something we've built stops working as agreed because of a bug or technical error within the support period, we'll investigate and fix it.
We can also answer reasonable questions, help clarify how something should be used and provide occasional check-ins.
It does not mean twelve months of unlimited new development or creative work.
New pages, new functionality, substantial content changes, redesigns, third-party changes, new integrations and requests that materially extend the original project are new work rather than support.
The principle is simple:
If the thing we agreed to build needs fixing, that's support.
If you'd like the thing we built to do something new, that's development.
We deliberately don't measure every five-minute question with a stopwatch.
Fair use means occasional, reasonable assistance relating to the work we've delivered: a question, clarification, check-in or small piece of help that can sensibly be handled as part of our relationship with you.
If occasional support starts becoming frequent operational involvement, repeated changes, ongoing development or a significant demand on the team, it has moved beyond fair use.
We won't surprise you with a bill.
We'll tell you when that's happening and agree on an appropriate way to continue before turning it into additional paid work.
