Client, Brand Designer Needed for Rebrand · Original review on Upwork ↗

We begin with the business you have, not a blank sheet and an assumption that everything needs replacing.

  1. 01

    Understand what has changed.

We use the discovery and strategy session to work through your offer, customers, existing identity and future direction. That helps us identify what the new work needs to address.

  2. 02

    Develop the right identity.

We turn the agreed direction into the logo, visual language and messaging, using what is worth keeping and refining the work with your feedback.

  3. 03

    Carry it through to launch.

We build the website, prepare the agreed applications and bring the new presentation together. A year of fair-use support follows for the delivered work.

World-class work. Multi-award-winning agency.

Branding and websites that tell your story, speak to the right people and make it clear you mean business. You’ve invested in where you’re going, and it should show. And if your competitors suddenly sit up a little straighter, well, that’s a nice bonus.

Selected projects. Scope and deliverables vary by brief.

Your business would look good here.

A few things worth asking.

Do we need a full rebrand, or could this be a refresh?

We’ll discuss what is no longer working and what still has value. The right change might be an evolution rather than a completely new look. This page describes our full identity and website engagement; if your brief is smaller, we’ll say so rather than push you through work you don’t need.

Can we keep our existing name or logo?

Yes, where they still make sense for the business. We don’t replace things just to put our stamp on them. We’ll look at what should stay, what could be developed and how it fits the direction you want to take.

What happens to the content and features on our current website?

We agree what needs to be retained, rewritten or rebuilt before starting. The package covers up to ten core pages. Content migration, existing integrations and specialist functionality need to be reviewed in the scope rather than assumed to transfer automatically.

Is the price fixed, and is the website included?

Yes. The displayed price covers the identity and website package described here, including a custom website of up to ten core pages and initial copy. We confirm the scope before work begins. Additional requirements are quoted separately before you decide whether to proceed.

Who writes the website copy?

Initial website copy is included, developed with your input. We need your factual information, knowledge of the business and review. You do not have to arrive with every page already written.

What if the first creative direction is not right?

Your feedback is part of the process. Tell us what is not connecting and we’ll work through it within the concept and revision process agreed in your proposal. Additional concepts or changes outside that scope are discussed before extra work begins.

How long does the complete project take?

We agree the schedule before starting, including discovery, design, feedback, development and launch. Timing depends on the agreed website requirements, content and approvals. We’ll make clear what is needed from you at each stage.

What happens after launch, and are there ongoing costs?

The package includes one year of support for the delivered website and reasonable ad hoc guidance, within fair-use terms. New design work and regular consulting are separate. Hosting, domains and any third-party charges are confirmed in your proposal; support does not automatically include those running costs.

Can we work together from another country?

Yes. We work internationally, with conversations, presentations and feedback handled remotely. We agree meeting times and keep you involved at the relevant decision points.

What happens in the free 15-minute consultation?

We discuss the business, what you need and whether the package fits. It is a first conversation, not the up-to-three-hour discovery and strategy session included in the commissioned project. No strings attached.

Look like the business you’ve become.

Tell us what has changed and what no longer feels right. We’ll talk through the identity, the website and whether this package is the right way forward.
