You want us in the room.

There are projects where you know exactly what you need.

And then there are the other ones.

Something isn’t working.

Something has changed.

There’s an opportunity nobody quite knows what to do with.

The founders disagree.

The marketing feels flat.

A competitor has done something annoying.

A problem has appeared that wasn’t in anybody’s plan.

Or everybody has been staring at the same thing for so long that nobody in the room can see it properly anymore.

Those are some of our favourite conversations.

Clients don’t always bring Awove in because they need a logo or website.

Sometimes they bring us in because they need another brain in the room.

Our job in those situations isn’t to arrive with a predetermined answer.

We listen.

We question.

We challenge.

We connect things that might not appear connected.

We use strategy, psychology, creativity, commercial experience and the useful advantage of not having spent the previous six months inside the problem.

Sometimes that means being encouraging.

Sometimes it means telling someone that the idea they’ve been doubting is actually the strongest thing on the table.

Sometimes it means saying the thing nobody particularly wanted to hear.

And sometimes it means taking what looks like a problem and asking whether it could actually become an advantage.

This isn’t therapy.

And we don’t particularly like the word coaching either.

It’s strategic facilitation, creative problem solving and human conversation without feeling the need to turn every useful thought into a framework with a trademark symbol after it.

We run discovery sessions, strategy workshops and focused problem-solving sessions with founders, leadership teams and organisations.

But the format matters less than the outcome.

We want the people who walk out of the room to see something they couldn’t see when they walked in.

Maybe that’s their brand.

Maybe it’s their business.

Maybe it’s the problem.

Maybe it’s themselves in relation to the problem.

Then we work out what to do about it.

Sometimes you need an agency.

Sometimes you need the right people in the room.

We like being both.

Have something to figure out?

Get the right people
in the room.

Bring us the brand, the idea, the problem or the opportunity. We’ll take it from there.
