15 years of figuring shit out.
Awove has been doing this for more than 15 years.
We’d love to tell you that means we’ve spent 15 years following a beautifully documented master plan.
We haven’t.
We’ve spent 15 years figuring things out.
We’ve built brands.
Rebuilt brands.
Designed things.
Developed things.
Launched websites.
Made complicated digital things work.
Helped businesses explain themselves.
Helped founders change their minds.
Had ideas that worked.
Had ideas that didn’t.
Learned the difference.
Technology changed.
Design changed.
Marketing changed.
The internet changed several times.
And now AI is busy changing almost everything again.
Good agencies change with it.
But experience does something that software updates can’t.
It gives you pattern recognition.
You start recognising when the problem in the brief probably isn’t the real problem.
You know when something technically works but still isn’t good enough.
You recognise when everyone in a room is politely avoiding the thing they actually need to discuss.
You learn which rules matter and which ones were made up by somebody writing a marketing book in 2007.
You get comfortable saying, “We don’t know yet.”
And then figuring it out.
That’s probably the most consistent thing about Awove.
Curiosity.
We’re still interested.
Still learning.
Still playing with new technology.
Still questioning our own process.
Still capable of getting slightly obsessed with a tiny detail nobody else will ever consciously notice.
And still excited when a conversation suddenly produces the idea.
Fifteen years hasn’t taught us that we know everything.
Quite the opposite.
It’s taught us that almost everything can be figured out if you get the right people around the problem and care enough about the answer.
That’s been a pretty useful business model.
